Need to make a warranty claim or return?

Rapid LED Pty Ltd provides a comprehensive warranty for all its products with most covered for up to 5 years. This warrants the product to be free from any manufacturing fault or defect in materials and/or workmanship as specified for each product. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product with the same or a similar product.

Rapid LED Pty Ltd allows the return of goods if they are unused and in a resaleable condition with boxes and packaging included. Only current stock items no older than 12 months from invoice date will be accepted.

Recommended Application Usage

Residential – This Rapid LED product has a recommended daily usage of up to 8 Hours.

Commercial – This Rapid LED product has a recommended daily usage of up to 16 Hours.

Please note – If a product exceeds the recommended daily usage please contact our sales and technical department to discuss optional upgrades.

If the recommended daily usage for a Rapid LED product is exceeded, warranty may become void.
