Embracing a 40m wide hillside sloping block, the sprawling Oceanview Place residence in the hills of Cairns sets the standard for luxury design at its finest. Builder, Ash Moseley Homes claimed four winning HIA Awards for the design including ‘Home of the Year’.
Rapid LED Cairns worked closely with the home owner and Sam from SSE Projects to complete a lighting design encompassing interior and exterior lighting, ceiling and exhaust fans.
The completed design and resounding awards are a testament to the quality of build and materials utilised throughout the home.
