Green Life is an Australian-owned and operated clinic & dispensary group with a mission to simplify patient access to alternative medicines – all while operating from extremely modern ‘nature meets nurture’ clinics.
Rapid LED have worked in close partnership with Gold Coast based Bimbi Electrical with the supply and install of a range of high quality LED Lighting across clinics in Coolangatta, Robina and most recently at the Logan Hyperdome centre. The team from Grounded Fitouts has project managed each clinic from design to fitout and eagerly engaged Bimbi Electrical and Rapid LED thanks to repeated projects that have exceeded expectations with quality products, service and the ability to meet the design brief.
While the shelving, display areas and backlit feature walls are illuminated with 4.5w ‘Palma’ mini downlights and dot-free Rapid LED ‘OneLine’ LED Strip in a calming 3000k output, the real focus of the space is the elegant, pendant mounted ‘RapidLine’ Linear Lighting that radiates above the dispensary counter. The custom built lighting system created with various lengths of black aluminium profile with opal diffused optics allowed for sufficient lighting in the medical area while keeping with the ambient, classy design of the clinic.
Spaced throughout the open areas are the premium Rapid LED ‘Atlanta’ low glare UGR<19 COB LED Downlights. The discreet white trim with faceted silver reflector offer an unobtrusive illumination that meets the measure of glare used by lighting designers to quantify discomfort in workspaces caused by bright light sources. The unified glare rating system measures direct light to predict “distraction levels” in a room.
