Dune is an ultra-luxury, Moroccan-inspired residence developed by GRAYA, situated in the iconic Burleigh Heads hillside on the Gold Coast, Australia. This four-story masterpiece seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living, showcasing natural tones and textures that harmonise with its coastal surroundings.
The multi-million dollar build included meticulously executed, high-end finishes which contributed significantly to the home’s distinctive aesthetic. Rapid LED supplied custom-painted lighting with a bronze pearl finish to seamlessly integrate with the architectural elements. Surface mount LUCCA cylinder spotlight fittings and BONDI Downlights are incorporated into multiple rooms of the project, including the designer kitchen and living areas as well as bedrooms across multiple levels of the property.
Rapid Neoflex weaves around the exterior of the home and provides a stylish lighting feature under the rooftop terraces of the levels above while 3000k LED Strip offers a modern illumination to the cabinetry and recessed ceiling pelmets. Tri Colour R6015 LED Exterior lighting enhances the moroccan desert garden and entry area where first impressions are consistently breathtaking.
